Minted September 22, 2016 by Rare Pepe Wallet Creator, Rare Pepe Scientist and artist - Joe Looney, the above image sat in the Rare Pepe Directory in hopes of one day gaining the attention of Pepe the Frog creator Matt Furie. On September 30, 2021 it actually happened. Joe transferred ownership of the token to Matt's wallet, Matt created the image, and it was uploaded to the official directory as the last image to ever be included.
