The artist known as Rare Scrilla dropped this 4-part set in 2016 with the explanation that the cards represented the four elements of Hip Hop culture – DJ’s, MC’s, graffiti artists, and break dancers. DJPEPE was the first card to utilize the “Bonus Content” feature of the Rare Pepe Wallet.
